moons657 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Recommend me a Suspension set up book

Hey all,new here.Anyway my mate is racing in the Irish touring car championship and while we gave her a basic set up last week for testing and his first race we want to get better at setting up suspension, particularly camber and how to know by temps what way to adjust the camber.
Also it would be great if it explained spring rates and how to select them according to weight
Any ideas?Oh its a rear wheel drive Ae86

I bought Fred Phuns book How to Make Your Car Handle years ago and always found it easy reading, I have some more specific handling books from the States as well by Steve Smith but found them heavy going.
