Teterboro Airport
After seeing Lustig design an airport track, I have been inspired to do the same. I have used Teterboro Airport in New Jersey for my first track. The track runs clockwise and is pretty simple. The longest straight is almost 3/4 of a mile long, so I created a temporary tire chicane towards the end of the straight. What do you guys think?

Hmm... looks nice. However, I can't seem to find the satellite/air images you guys used via maps.google.com.

Lustig, use Google Earth - you'll find it in New Jersey, about 2,5 miles due north of Giants Stadium - just search for Teterboro Airport.

I was afraid you were gonna say that. I'm using a Mac nowadays... and Google Earth isn't available for Mac yet.

Almost correct, TR! The word "bild" isn't a Dutch word, though -- we use "beeld" or "plaatje". And "neederlands" is spelled "Nederlands".
About the plaatje, though: this is the spot I found on maps.google.com, but I couldn't exactly match it to the images you guys uses before. But I'll lgive this a try. |

Oh, I forgot: The track goes anti-clockwise.
I hope you like it. Maybe it is a bit too long. |
