B.O.R.I.N.G. continued their great start to the season by taking the Desert 400 trophy ahead of L&P World Famous Racing and Brendon Engineering, with series leader Eagle Motorsport and Lego Racers rounding out the top 5.
Congrats to fast starters Lee Holdsworth, Jonathan Webb, Jason Bargwanna, and Dean Fiore!

Hard Charger Award
Brendon Engineering was, somewhat surprisingly, the only team to post a 10 place gain in Round 2 to take the first Hard Charger of the year. Runner-up went to City Pacific Racing with a 7 place jump.


Biggest Loser Award
Bahrain yielded a four-way tie for the Biggest Loser, as Shane's Signs Racing, Team MVMotorsport, JP Motorsport, and Rombles Racing all exasperatedly claimed their championships were over after losing 7 places each.

B.O.R.I.N.G. have taken over the championship lead after their win in the desert, relegating Eagle Motorsport to second. ANZAC Racing have just held on to third ahead of L&P World Famous Racing, with Team Bourbonfone dropping to fifth and series champions Holly Wood Enterprises in sixth.
Meanwhile, after missing a potential round win due to a paperwork irregularity, Lego Racers have stormed into 32nd place from the back of the grid. Oh what could have been

HCM is as they say "proud as punch" at the fact the team has started the season with back to back top ten finishes. The team did a good job getting the cars turned around quickly for the Sandpit400 and has been the best start to a season for HCM ever.

Well done Team bring on the next round, (where it will be different to see people in the grandstands)

B.O.R.I.N.G are stoked with our first win of the year, and more importantly our start to the new year. It's shaping up to be a long hard fight all year, with the level of competition extremely high! We look forward to another solid result in sunny Adelaide in a couple of weeks time.

the BF& I drivers showed they are a force , except for our number 2 being punted , bring on Clipsal.

After a disappointing start to the season, where a clerical error, and his own clock mismanagement deemed a round one win void, DarthFalcon was happy to score LegoRacers first points for 2010. "And so close to a podium too!" He said.

The team owner says the LegoRacers are determined to not let the first round disappointment let down the rest of the season, "We're determined as ever, now the work starts to get back into the top 10"
