Are these entrants racing a full season or only a few races?
Nice to see 3 Saleens. |

Sad that the Belmondo Vipers remain in France (FFSA GT).

Any driver line-ups yet. I thought scudera were running 3 cars this year, i've heard of Gollin/Capperelli and Biagi/Bobbi and i'm sure Enzo Calderari has got a partner too. Or maye i've just got them mixed up again!

Anyone know where I can get the dates for this series? I couldnt find them on FIA.COM.
Also is Deiter Quester going to be out at all this year? or the Red Bull team he ran with last year? Thanks |

Fanks for the info, much appreciated - Donington in June looks to be a goer for me then.
Anyone know anything of Questers plans or the Red Bull Team that ran last year?? |

DART are working N-Technology to build the new 575 Marenello race cars. JMB are running their 550 car from last year until the 575 is ready.

The drivers of the Dutch Zwaan's Racing team are the brothers Zwaan and German Klaus Abbelen. The tires come from Dunlop.

Looks like the strongest year for FIA GT since 2000, possibly ever. Looks like we can all look forward to a really strong spa 24hrs, now with the Addition of 3 Saleens and a extra Lister Storm in the GT class and a almost equal playing field in NGT now that Velox is there along with JMB against the likes of Freisinger (who didnt get a entry for Le Mans!!) RWS, Seikel, it looks like it could be a epic battle.

Maybe N-GT field will be still more interesting. For first time Porsche and Ferrari have the same number of cars.

Yeah, and for the first time the Vipers are outnumbered. 6 Ferrari 550s, 5 Vipers, 3 Saleens, and 3 Listers. Coudnt really ask for a much better line up could u..

can someone tell me why the Vipers are plentiful and cleaning up against all the big boys such as ferreari and Porshe for the last 2 years and yet there are hardly any Vipers in GT racing in North America. Why is it blackballed in North America when they are kicking ass in Europe. What are rules in FIA Gt in europe compared to Gt racing in North America

I'm not sure they are 'cleaning up' in Europe now- last years FIA Championship win for Larbre was achieved with only a single race win- the Spa 24hours, which carries extra championship points, and there were only a couple of other Viper wins all year (one for each car of the Carsport team)
http://wsrp.wz.cz/fiagt2002.html#2 The Lister and Ferrari were generally faster, and won more races, but didn't have the consistency- With more Ferraris and a stronger Lister effort, plus 3 Saleens out there, I'd be very surprised to see a Viper win regularly this year.... Your forgetting that the Vipers does not have the factory behind them like the Ferrairs and saleens have. yet they still won the last 2 years. How can anyone not be impressed by that.
