Chris Atkinson to #2 WRC Subaru Drive
Phenomenal news....
It seems Mr Atkinson impressed a lot of people at Subaru and STi with his performances this season in the ARC and Rally Finland. The article is Here Fantastic result for an Australian driver, first one to contest a round of the WRC outside the antipodes since Michael Guest picked up a limited gig in a Winfield Hyundai WRC car... |

And thank god he did, otherwise he may have been trapped in the ARC for the rest of his career.

Let we get this in first I am a big fan of CA I hope he does well in WRC I think he will do well on the fast ones like Finland.
But though I dont like him Cody Croker would be mighty upset, but then again so would Herridge...he won NZ was doing so well in Perth til the last day and Atkinson came through. I know Cody cant get his head around the LHD car, multiple Oz champ and gets down by a Johnny come lately called Atkinson....as I stated I am a huge fan of Atkinson hope he does well...he certainly has the talent and speed. Out of Cody & Herridge I would rather have Herridge...he seems to do much better in an inferior car to Cody. But who is going to take it to the Subaru boys n Oz next year......no Mitsubishi money to Alan Heathy...no Juha Kangas...LWR undecided on what car let alone who to run....seems Cody will walk away with it. Only good thing bring on Jack Monkhouse in a decent car |
