WTCC Tickets Competition
The world’s attention may be on Lewis Hamilton and his bid to become Formula 1’s next world champion, but if you didn’t make it to Silverstone earlier this year there is still one chance to see a British world champion in action on home ground when Andy Priaulx and the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) arrive at Brands Hatch.
Priaulx, who is chasing his fourth successive title after being crowned WTCC champion in 2005 and 2006 and winning the European Touring Car Championship title in 2004, says the support and encouragement of his home crowds will make all the difference on 23 September at the Kent circuit. The WTCC, which is one of only three World Championships credited by the FIA alongside Formula One and World Rally, will visit 11 countries this season and has three top British drivers in its ranks – Andy Priaulx, James Thompson and Rob Huff. The championship is pure entertainment, boasting some of the closest and most exciting on-track action in the motorsport calendar. A range of advance ticket booking options are available including raceday tickets at £24.00, offering a saving of £6.00 over the £30.00 gate price until 18th September 2007 (online purchase only). The tickets and Raceday Pit walkabouts can be purchased through www.brandshatch.co.uk, or telephone the ticket hotline on 0870 950 9000. Children aged 12 and under go free. Ten-Tenths has two pairs of tickets to give away, just answer the question and if you get it right you'll be in the draw for the tickets. Entries close at midnight Sunday (forum time) and the winners will be announced on Monday morning. |
