Brands Hatch this weekend
I am off to Brands Hatch on Sunday to watch the BTCC. I am over from Australia and have never been to Brand before. I dont have a car, so is it possible to get there via train? if so where do you catch it to?
Alternatively, if anybody lives in london (i live in west but can go anywhere) and doesnt mind an extra body in the car for the ride, I am more than happy to pay my share of fuel. Any information you can provide me with would be greatly apprecaited. TMS |

I think the nearest station is Swanley or Farningham Road but you might be best to check MSV's website
www.motorsportvision.co.uk From the station it's quite a walk or maybe it's best to get a taxi. |

Not to my knowledge but give the circuit a call (their number is on the website I gave you) and they will be able to tell you the easiest way to get to Brands and the closest station etc. You may well meet others on the train going to Brands so it may be possible to share a taxi?

The very first time I went to Brands I got a train from Bristol, via London, to Swanley. It's not too close to the circuit, so taxi is pretty much the only way to go. You will find loads of people heading the same way, so no trouble with splitting the cost of a taxi (It wasn't much anyway!!)
Have fun! Lee |

Swanley then a Taxi - the only way really unless you fancy a LONG walk around the M25 (not a good idea) - tried that once - turned around - and I usually walk miles.
(I probably would have done the walk, but I wasn't sure I was even going the right way - and I wanted to get to the Champcar race before first practice ) |
