what good games?
What good games racing games are coming out inthe next couple of months? i have been reading my magazines or anything for months

Nope. The only racing sim I play regularly came out 7 years ago........
Until someone brings out the perfect Le Mans racing sim which I can race real-time (with a suitable save facility, of course), I'm not desperately interested.....

I'm sure there was a new game coming out that uses the GTR engine? Think it's got old saloon cars on it?

Well you've got R-factor coming out soon which is supposed to all things to all simmers. Like F1C but better and designed to be modded.
Theres also GTLegends done by the GTR people with the next gen GTR engine to it, with GT legends in it

Yep, GTL, rFactor and LFS S2 are the three im really excited about - GTL especially, the Escort mod is all i've been playing latley in GTR, got a league race tonight in a modern car...gona feel wierd

I have been playing LFS S2 over the weekend and tonight. All I can say is that I am very impressed.
I never really got on with LFS S1 but the physics of S2 really seem to feel very imersive. I am not a fan of the tin tops in the game though, but the F3000 clone is amazing. Some of the longer circuits they have added are superb and it really begins to push the boundaries of what I thought was realism. The replays are stunning too. Especially the dynamic tyres - you can see them flexing over the bumps and deforming on the rim under load - I was shocked when I saw this. The downside from my point of view is that all the circuits are fictional - but if you can overlook that then you are in for a treat. I'll try and post some nice screenies later

I seem to be seeing netkar being mentioned more and more. Anyone playing it? Do you have to get all the cars and tracks seperately? is there alot of seting up to do?
I remember trying LFS ages ago but just felt that it was still going through development, and not polished enough and didnt want to play something that isnt actually finshed. Being that the cars and tracks were fictional it just didnt hold my attention for long. |

Gran Turismo mobile for the PSP for theose of us who have the PSP and NAscar 2006 is coming out in the fall too,grat stuff.
