Croft BTCC - BBQ

Afternoon Folks

Right we are organising a BBQ on the BTCC Meet at croft. It will take place on the Saturday night starting at 7.30ish!

We are hoping to have a variety of food on offer inlcuding steak and chicken along with salad and trimmings, tickets come in at £5 for a great evening with the Darlington and District Marshals!

If you wish to attend please PM or email me and put your name down. I need to know rough numbers in order to get the nosh in!

Payment can be through cheque, paypal, cash before the BTCC Weekend or pay at sign on on the saturday when tickets will be distributed

Also if any body knows the support paddock teams, please feel free to invite them to, as if i was attending Thruxton i was aiming to hand them some flyers!

Hope to see some friendly faces there

further to my response,

I have just found out my wife is in Italy for a week, Grrrrr, thats ruined my plans for camping overnight now.
My friend can have the kids but its not fair on her to let her have the kids all day and all night too.

soooooo GUTTED!

sara? are we doing another big one in september?? or is THE big marshalls BBQ?

I just am organising this one as a mid season party to get all marshals together!

Hi all

Sorry to jump on to this thread, I am coming to Croft for the first time for the BTCC meetingand I have just had my finals, as my wife will want the car to visit relatives in the area during the time I am at the meeting can anyone tell me if it is possible to get to Croft via public transport or alternativly is there anyone passing Scotch Corner (we are staying in the Travelodge) on their way to the circuit who may be willing to give me a lift on their way in? my email address is ianwales@aol.com

Where vis the campsite located as the croft website is not very informative.

Campsite is usually on the airfield

Go through main gates turn right into the support paddock and the entrance is on the right after the containers
