A very unhappy camper (BSB at Brands)
So I order my tickets for myself and a pal a week or so back. My pal rings me today asking if the tickets have come through, and I realised that they infact hadn't yet. So I give Brands a ring, they put me through to the ticket department. Get greeted by a miserable woman claiming that they have no record of my purchase or post code. They asked me to check my inbox for a ref number, yet I hadn't received an email. Checked my bank account, and they hadn't even taken the money out. What I can't understand is why when I purchased these tickets did it ask me a 2nd time "Are you sure you wish to make this purchase?", when I clicked 'Yes', why it hasn't actually done it?!?!
So now, I can't afford to by an overpriced ticket on the gate (gone up from £49 to £85) for the weekend i've been looking forward to for a long time. Devastated isn't even the right word. Selby |

Total numbnuts mate
Even if a mistake had been amde the least they could do was offer to let you pick up tickets at the discounted price on the gate Write to Palmer and he will sort you out guaranteed! |

Yep, I begged and tried and tried some more over the phone but the woman was having none of it. I thought i'd cracked her when she said she'd have a word with someone, but she just said "they've all been taken off the database so we don't have the option to do them at the original prices. So you've either got to just buy them at the gate, or don't go".
Gee, thanks, cumstomer service. Worst part is they're saying they have no proof that I ever attempted to purchase this item :/ I'm absolutely devasted. I've completely let two of my friends down. Selby |

 We got tickets for 25 quid each in the end. Brands were going to charge me around 55 quid! We got the two tickets in the end after a nightmare trying to find the poor fella. But a happy ending, nonetheless. Certainly going to try and make the most of this one now! Selby |

Oh a lesson to be learnt, indeed!
The journey up to Leicester and back was totally worth it. Great racing, and as brilliant time as ever at Brands. Did a walk of the whole track as well (the BSB was Indy, so the rest of the track was completely unattended!). Just before the old dingle dell - went to Brands in 96 for WSBK, awesome it was?

the races were quite good .. although a bit of no name for me
last year Guintoli was a point of interest in the series for me |

Tough break, man. Some ticket providers can be really off-putting. Whenever I go through ticketmaster (U.S. company), I'm always greeted with a purchase fee, seating fee and really poor customer service at that.
Now that I'm living in Indiana, I'll often haunt sportevents.com. And like the people in Indiana, they're super friendly and not outrageously priced. Just wish you could take advantage of these offers but you're across the pond.
