Camping with the Focus...
I just came back from camping in Jasper . What a cool town ! Very friendly people , not too many tourists, a few nice beaches on some lakes and some good camp grounds . We saw lots of wildlife. We had elk grazing right next to our tents. No bears though. The forrest fires made it a bit smokey.
We managed to get 2 tents,3 sleeping bags , 2 air mattresses, 2 coolers, an axe, clothes , a bunch of pots and pans, a stove, food ,beer and 3 people into the 3 door Focus, and the car was still reasonably peppy. I had no problems passing the various campers, tent trailers and..um..slow drivers ! The SVT Focus rocks !! |

holidaying in Cornwall around new year, I was passed on a sinuous A-road by a police Focus. About 45 seconds later, I could see it in the distance, at least three-quarters of a mile away. They're fast if you know the roads!
