Dear Diary
I am guessing J T might put the stop on this thread . Blame Peter for starting off on Classic thread . Anyway so far today I've had many people saying what a twit that Geldof bloke is . There was a party going on next door so no sleep . Off to race the XK120 now so that should be fun . Met up with P261 BRM Garry 396 Peter . Mike and really good to see Cliff Ryan enjoying himself and both Mike and him going well in the Escort . Happy days

There is some sort of a craze going around that involves spotting Pokermen on a mobile phone (I think), now I fear we have our own version.
Spotting fellow tenthers; Why has the launch of this game not been trumpeted abroad, why is it such a secret? " I spotted pussy guts, and R2D2 today...." Well if I had only known I could have 'spotted' no end of tenners yesterday, as it was I only spotted Delta, Mike Bell and Gary356. I could add Cliff Ryan, but to be fair he 'spotted me'. Are there any rules, can you 'spot' the same person twice, must you physically touch them for it to count? Guidance is required. |

Oh, well, I suppose it's not secret now - so I'll refer to it simply as "the handshake". Nothing more personal. No kissing - unless it's one of our French colleagues, naturally. |

Yeah, quite right. This is the man (Iain, I mean) who, when I finally caught up with him on Friday, told me that I never had any time for him anymore as I was always rushing around. Hmmm, who is it that is constantly posting from far away places and when he is here is a moving target in the paddock?
Dear diary, am painting the upstairs hallway and listening to the Classic Commentary! |

Dear Moderator,
I wonder if this thread could not serve a useful purpose, as it would be ideal for those chaps like Delta Mike B etc. who like to keep us informed of various aspects of their day, on a regular basis. This would then leave he 'Tea break' for the more weightier matters that exercise or thinking matter. Dear Diary would be a welcome addition to the forum, as long as it was respected by people like me. |

Right, that's it. We are not having another Delta thread; especially not one that allows Bob free rein to express his appalling jokes and politics!
Dear Diary, you're outta here! |
