What would accommodation be like for the 24hr? How was he sitaution last year? This year the crowds will be up.

Unfortuantely, I can't go to the 1000, but it IS my "to do" list.

Accomodation for the 24 hour is fine. There's heaps of vacancies right across town. I can't say the same for the 1000 though ...

Camp at McPhillamy for four days with a group called the Pilgrims.
Would'nt and have'nt missed it in years although a few trips down the mountain to watch some of the world cup in the pub may be on.
