Insurance whilst working for a raceteam in USA
Hi,
Wasn't sure where to post this, but hopefully someone that reads this forum will have been in the same postion.... I need to get some insurance incase of injury / illness on a upcoming trip to the USA working for a week as pitcrew. I've got a couple of quotes but none make any mention of being covered whilst working, does anyone know if these polices will cover me, or do I need a specific 'working' policy. If so can anyone recommend where to look. (I'll be working out there on a self-employed basis for a UK firm) Cheers |

I would start by asking if the team you'll be working for should or will provide employers liability insurance.

Don't forget that if you're working abroad you'll need a visa... It's not just a holiday.
