Morgans
On Saturday I was lucky enough to attend the AMOC meeting at Oulton Park and whilst there thoroughly enjoyed watching the Morgans race.
Whwn and where will I be able to see them again and could someone explain their rules to me. I know that they are governed by the ACU rather than the MSA but they were competing at a car meeting - do they ever compete at bike meetings? Last edited by KayBee; 27 May 2002 at 09:30. |

They were wild, weren't they? I was watching from Knickerbrook, and they were a glorious sight plunging down the hill.
I know very little about the championship they race with, but apparently the majority of the rounds are actually held at bike meets. There are, however, a number of the cars which regularly compete with the VSCC. The sight of a 3-wheeler Morgan Aero in a duel with a 24-litre aero-engined vintage special is one of the rare treats that the VSCC serves up every now and then. |
