HELP Please (Question)

Hey guys, I am in an emergency,

this is embarrassing but....

I am set up to test tomorrow a f3 car, and today when fitting the seat, when they tightened the harness, it would hurt my testicles soooo much. no joke

Anyone have any tips or a similar problem??

Please help as this is for tomorrow!

Thank you

Lengthen the crutch strap belts.
Rearrange yourself as you climb in, so that... how can I put this... you aren't dangling downwards or sideways!
Look at a picture of Margaret Thatcher for a few minutes before driving.
Remove saucy photo from steering wheel.
