In fact first sub 1m30 of the weekend (first sub 1m31 for that matter) from Kimi.

Looks like Michael and Kimi's times were pretty good - both Williams boys come in slower.

The surprise isn't Button (on those Bridgestones) because he lines up behind Fisi for now.

A bit of a delay as Button seems to have gone off and damaged his wing. He finished the laps, but the Marshals took some time cleaning up.

Europe: Qualifying session 1
well a large temp drop but still sunny at the moment . Half way through Qualifying before HHF run rain started to fall on half the track (before Webbers run )
Webber's run is clearly rain effected (Damn! Damn!) Rain is now much heavier half way through webbers Lap and worsens for Da Matta " he spins ". Pity it was shaping up to be a good one but rain plays a big part in some drivers laps Button was the last dry runner JV goes off and Q1 has been red flaged |

http://f1.racing-live.com/en/season/...complet12.html go and check out the complete translation from F1-live at the above link. Slightly worried about copyright. F1-live is doing a good job of covering it live. Check it out. post your thoughts here of course Adam Last edited by Adam43; 27 Jun 2003 at 12:58. |

Now what? Wait for it to stop raining? Webber, Da Matta and JV wouldn't be impressed!

It is a shame because we had a chance of one of the above to impress and get a high slot (if only for the news tonight). |
