Wildtracks is happening. Is there any other drivers who want to marshal?

Is there any sign of an entry list for this event? The rallycrossuk website still has the entry form up but is there a provisional list?

Cant seem to find an entry list either....there should be one available 7 days prior to the event - hopefully tomorrow night then. I shall certainly be going, living only 15 mins away its nice to have a curcuit so close. (Even if it is a bit tight and twisty!!!)

Tight and twist... thats an understatment!!
You are all in for a big shock...
Very tight and twisty, so much so a supercar can't get round one corner without goin on the grass.
It is ONLY 2and a half car widths wide.
Paddock is on a sand pit... good when its wet

And when I visited the track in August the second section of loose wasn't done, no provison for spectators or spectator safety etc etc.

Hope things got better.

Hi all I am going and to race. The entry list has not gone up yet as leaving open to late entries. So get your entries in for this meeting, now will do yesterday would be better. Let's all support this new track so that we have a wider choice for next years calender, so support your club and go racing

Sorry I can't make it,(prior plans and all that) it sounds like the sort of track that would suit my little car no long straights were it runs out of legs.
I will be there next year though fingers crossed.

Ill be there, marshalling this time. Cant wait to see the new track. Tight and twisty and 2 1/2 car widths sound fun. variety being the spice of life and all that.

Need drivers to enter as we are short at moment, about 20 drivers needed across all the classes, so get your helmet on and come and play. These events are usually really good fun with no damage at all as no pressure to win for championship.

Nice to see that the website is promoting the event as a Motocross meeting!! Oh dear....! I`ve always thought their site was fairly diabolical but that takes the biscuit!

(I`ll be there if Brands BRSCC meeting gets cancelled and the Rallycross doesn`t).

I was at Wildtracks for the media day which the brda held and i drove Julian Godfrey's car along with James. The track may be tight and twisty but its bigger than you may think. I drove about 16 laps during the day albeit that the track was not completed. If the track is finished the loose areas of the track could be the faster parts other than the main straight. This is a technical track where skill and setup will over come horsepower . Bad driving should not go unoticed as it is more like a stadiam .
Iam going up with c'apt so see you there next week ...

Any sign of an entry list, entries closed on November 9th, they are odviously suffering from lack of entries. I heard they need 20 more for the event to take place.

Just for the record BRSCC meeting at Brands is going ahead, final instructions have been sent out and the entry list is not bad (68 at the last count).

BrumBrum, you only going to watch, with all this TALK you put on here thought you would have the B***s to come out and play. Not quite ready to come out of the Wendy house then and leave your beloved Ken behind

The entrylist is up on www.rallycrossuk.com

2 Supercars, 5 modifieds (although this does show mr Atspeed in both modified and stock hatch?!?), 7 stock hatch (no sign of D Holland or Tina though), 8 Minicross and 3 juniors.

Pretty small entry all in all, should easily be able to get through all the heats and finals before the light drops away. Does anybody have a timetable?

In answer to my own question: Gates open at 9am, racing from 10am (presumably practice before then).
