SEMSEC & VW Festival, Lydden Hill, 19th & 20th May

Well, I am heading east to Lydden Hill on Sunday for my first marshalling day there, it looks like a good meeting, but what am I to expect at the track?

started my marshalling there with rallycross and found SEMSEC to be a most welcoming bunch. As Chris said, the view is great wherever you are posted - plenty to watch and learn from all day long. damn fine breafast in a roll too as I recall - have a great day, I'm sure you'll be back for more soon!

I'd agree with the previous posts regarding the welcoming nature of SEMSEC meetings. Hope you have a good day.

Hope you enjoyed you day Ben, more casualties in the Soap Box race than the rest of the day and the chance to be in a Beetle race, even if it was just pushing up the hill

Hope you feel like coming back down soon, next SEMSEC meeting is the 9th of June.

Hi Steve,

The day was definitely an interesting one for me. A good and new experience at Lydden and I will definitely be back, but not on the 9th as I'm on holiday...
Some other time though
