Did one of these ever race at Le Mans?
A BMW 3.0 CSL? ( I might have got that name wrong, well, anyway, it looked like this):

The CSL did race at Le Mans between 73 - 77. Sometimes one even finished.

Some pretty big names drove them as well. Very good looking car.
Saw them racing at the silverstone TT a couple times in the 70's, Derek Bell won in one there as well. Last edited by Nordic; 13 Feb 2005 at 14:58. |
