Autocourse 1985

Does anyone have a copy of Autocourse 1985 and is willing/able to give me some info from it?

I am looking for info on the Turbo Renault engines that were used in 85. They started the year with the EF4B (I guess a B spec version of the 84 engine) and later introduced the new EF15.

I want to know in which races the 4 Renault teams (Renault, Lotus, Ligier and Tyrrell) used the newer engine, if in fact the EF15 filtered down to the non-works teams.

The results page for each race in Autocourse gives this info (well the 86 one does at least).

Thanks.

Sorry esorniloc, that Autocourse I don't have. However in the 'personal archives' I found some information concerning your question. Per team:

Renault
Renault RE60 always with Renault EF4B engine: used in this combination in the first 6 races of 1985.
Renault RE60B always with Renault EF15 engine: Tambay got this combination in France (7th round of 1985), Warwick had to wait a race longer.

Lotus(*)
Lotus 97T with Renault EF4B in the first 3 races of 1985.
Lotus 97T with Renault EF15 from Monaco onwards.
In 1986 Lotus used an evolution, called the EF15B, in the 98T.
[(*) Note that from my files Lotus seems to had first use of the EF15 engine, which doesn't seem very plausible. I'll dig a bit deeper if I can find more references.]

Ligier
Ligier used in the JS25 (1985) and JS27 (1986) the Renault EF4B.

Tyrrell
Tyrrell 012 with Cosworth DFY engine was used in the first 6 races of 1985.
Tyrrell 014 with Renault EF4B engine for Brundle in France and England, for Bellof
in Germany and Austria. Available for both from Zandvoort onwards.
Also in 1986 Tyrrell used the EF4B engine in the 014 and 015 cars.

Cheers.
