Britcar 2007 Marshals Raffle???

(24 hour race) - Did this raffle ever get drawn? Would be nice to know what was on offer and who won what?

Wasn't 24 hours long enough?

PieMan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hi everyone,

Thanks for the reminder. My own personal season has only just ended after MrsT chose Florida for our late holiday in the sun and we coincided with the CSCC's trip to the HSR road course meeting at Daytona! I guess there's another thread somewhere about that.

Anyway, back to the 24 Hours marshals' draw. I'm sorry but no prizes on the scale of those donated in 2006 were forthcoming this year. I never did find out how that very generous package was put together but will make earlier enquiries for next time (whenever it finally turns out to be).

I do have a box of year books from the Dutch Supercar Challenge plus some other little bits and pieces that I picked up along the way. The books are very good quality with lots of colour photos from the 2006 season, including both the Brands Hatch and Silverstone races, but the text is only in Dutch.

I'll need to liaise with Pam Dearn for the ES team names and will contact the lucky winners in due course.

See you next year.
