2012 Indy Lights schedule:

March 24 - St. Petersburg
April 1 - Barber
April 15 - Long Beach
May 25 - Indianapolis
June 2 - Belle Isle
June 15 - Milwaukee
June 22 - Iowa
July 7 - Toronto
July 21 - Edmonton
August 5 - Trois-Rivières (with Nascar Canada)
September 1 - Baltimore
September 15 - Fontana

It's basically the North American rounds of IndyCar except Texas (too much baking), Mid-Ohio (it's again the same weekend as Toris-Rivières) and Sears Point (the travel to Baltimore is too long, I guess). It has 4 ovals out of 12: Indianapolis, Milwuakee, Iowa and Fontana.

Daly is still in GP3. He moved from Carlin to Lotus ART, whiose drivers did 1-2 at the 2011 championship.

IndyCar has expanded the Road to Indy programme: the official racing school is the... you guessed it, Skip Barber. This will include the Skip Barber IndyCar Academy, a year-long programme with a Skip Barber scholarship as a prize.

Also, four non-US championships have been selected for partnerships: the British Formula Ford, the LaTam Challenge, the Quebec Formula Tour 1600 and the Ontario F1600. The top finishers will get USF2000 and Star Mazda tests in October, depending on the championship.

Where did you get this info? I can't find anything about Indy Lights on the 'new, improved' (ha ha) IndyCar website except a token Road to Indy news page, and the old Indy Lights website is offline!
