Le circuit de Parc de Paris
With the official annoucement that magny cours will no longer be used after 2007, i decided to design a replacement for it. However i havent gone down the route of another street track, as i feel there will be enough of them in 2008 in all fairness.
most information about the track is on the actual track map so check it out |

There are some nice ideas in your design, like the multi-apex shape of the 180 degree corner on the bottom right of the diagram, but to be honest, for my taste, this track looks too much like a Tilkefication of Monza.
Strange how Bernie tends to enforce the construction of merely one single type of track onto the world: in the early 00s, it used to be Tilkedromes, now it's street tracks. Ideally, a calendar should have as much variability in track types as possible - to pose a real challenge to the cars, their developers and their drivers. |
