Hendrick 1-2
ooolala this is crazyfunny look at how Dale earnhardt is 24 points in 2nd...that's what you get for saying poop on TV ha ha the top 4 in the "chase" is where the real action will be at i think Martin has been beat menatlly out of it snd Sadler may be the consistent surprise of course Busch is just a power house of late, and the other 2 well we know about them and all |

Another great race for Kurt Busch. I'm starting to like him a lot more than I used to, and since I couldn't stand him that is saying a lot. I think Jimmy Spencer knocked some sense in to him at Michigan last year. It was dissapointing to see Mark Martin getting wrecked by someone else when he was running so well and to see Kahne have more bad luck when he was well on the way to winning.

Leave it to Jimmy Spencer to scramble the Chase. Poor Mark Martin. Although his chances of winning the championship seemed remote, they are all but gone now.
I think you have got to give some atta-boys to Kurt Busch and Jeff Gordon. Those guys seem to battle back from adversity. |

I don't know if it was really Spencers fault or not that Martin got wrecked. I just saw a replay on tv and the #77 car was slowing down a lot almost like he was going to pit but missed the entrance. Granted Spencer should have seen that, but this sure isn't the first time Brendan Gaughan has wrecked this season.

Kahne has wrecked a lot this year. I believe he was fast at Lowes because of his agressive set-up. I also believe that is what eventually got him.
I would not blame Spencer for the wreck. Gaughan in ny opinion shares most of the blame. Will he be in Cup next year? It took a lot of determination for Gordon and Busch to come back like they did, especially Gordon. |

Unfortunately Fox Sports in Australia showed the race on delay and cut out the most of the last 60 laps.
One minute Mark Martin is running up at the front, the next minute he is at the back of the pack for a restart with 13 laps to go. Can someone explain what happened to Martin? |

BIG CRASH ON THE FRONT STRAIGHT. CARS SPINNING EVERYWHERE. LEADER BUSCH ESCAPES DOWN THE PIT LANE. MARK HAS EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF HIS CAR. REPLAY SHOWS HE GOT CAUGHT IN TANGLE BETWEEN GAUGHAN AND SPENCER. GAUGHAN APPARENTLY SLOWED TO COME ON PIT ROAD BUT MISSED THE ENTRY. SPENCER PLOWED INTO THE BACK OF GAUGHAN THAT UNFORTUNATELY COLLECTED MARTIN. MARTIN COMES AROUND ON PIT ROAD. TELLS CREW TO JUST GET THE DAMAGE FIXED COMPLETELY WHILE HE IS THERE. |

Congrats to JJ on a great race win. Don't think it will get him back in though. Everingham needs to slow Casey down and i'm sure he will collect alot of trophies. Ya it was tough to see Martin get caught up in a wreck again but he just keeps on fighting. Still think Kurt can hang on.
