The pefect balance of great crowd and great track for racing.....if only all new events could be like this (San Jose doesn't have an airport, does it? )

Yeah, Tim, I know, but try to get clearance to use those airfields. Besides, it's kind of a Catch-22. Sure, airport circuits offer a unique venue type that provides for great racing, but they wouldn't be nearly as special if there were tons of them out there, would they.

I might be happy with a series comprised solely of airports! (And superspeedways, maybe Surfers and Toronto thrown into the mix) (And Elkhart, of course) |
