I really have no idea, but it must be in the hundreds of thousands area for the ones I have seen (ukp).

There was some chat down this part of the world that a unit such as this would be worth around A$750k or so... plus the cost of building the room, and the services (hydraulics, air, computing power etc..) to keep up to the machinery... |

Try something in the order of USD1-1.6 million. At least that's what the Britek proposal costed one out at.
And, as Notso said, the people who can run it and get something meaningful out of it. They're also a bit like a windtunel, expensive enough to build/buy but even more expensive to run. |
