7 post rig

Does anybody have an idea what a 7 post rig cost?

I really have no idea, but it must be in the hundreds of thousands area for the ones I have seen (ukp).

The Lola one is a pretty nice looking thing Here

There was some chat down this part of the world that a unit such as this would be worth around A$750k or so... plus the cost of building the room, and the services (hydraulics, air, computing power etc..) to keep up to the machinery...

Try something in the order of USD1-1.6 million. At least that's what the Britek proposal costed one out at.

And, as Notso said, the people who can run it and get something meaningful out of it. They're also a bit like a windtunel, expensive enough to build/buy but even more expensive to run.
