That would set a dangerous precedent for others involved in big racing accidents. It's a bit surprising coming from Jason Richards considering what could cave happened with Jason and Kieren Wills.

QR is a CAMS licenced circuit - any liability would rest with them and their insurers.

The threat of legal action probably means the kerb will stay - after all to remove it now would be an admission of liability and validate any claim.

If one team sues another in the world of the TEGA Teams Licence Agreement, then all bets are off, and prizemoney/appearance monies may in fact be withheld/forfeited/spent getting TC's car washed.

This is a dangerous game to play... and for a team that gives all the outward signs of not being particularly flush with funds, it would seem a significant risk to potentially damage an income stream going after a member of the series.
