Spectating at Silverstone test days?
Can anyone tell me whether there is access for spectators at Silverstone for general testing days? There is a test day this Wednesday and I fancy going along to try out my new camera.

Thanks for the reply. I tried ringing today, but just ended up in a 'voicemail loop'. I'll try again tomorrow. I'm still not sure whether the track (National circuit) is ready to allow cars on it?

There seemed to be a decent lot of people manage to turn up when Virgin F1 did their shakedown on the Stowe circuit.
They have experience days and corporate stuff on all the time within the track boundaries. I can't see how it would be a problem to just turn up and wader round the outskirts of the track. Don't blame me if you get shooed away though! |
