Good to be back at Mallory . My son always reminds me of the spot in the barriers that I crashed into . Lucky boy that day . Good memories as well as I had my first win there 30 years ago . We had mixed grid of cars . Bikes and karts . Old 500’s and some modern saloons . It was just a typical club event really good . I caught up with our Bob and Percy who I now know as Chris . Also ace FJ photographer . I had time to wonder around the paddock and .found another . old friend from 750 m c days . Jasper Clan or Pete Richards as we know him . Team Delta have had a good year so far but today it all ended with both 500 failing . Time to get them ready as both have had entry’s for Goodwood . I’ve had a nice day with my kids taking me out for dinner . Happy days .

By the way Iain, Chris is not the Ace Formula Junior Photographer, he is the; Ace Junior Photographer.  The young whippersnapper keeps telling people I'm his grand dad. |
