Voted Verstappen. Dealt with every situation thrown his way and took a clearly unhealthy car to a good podium.

Great drive by Lewis, controlled and did what he needed to do. Ferrari and Seb dropped the ball. Driver of the day is Max. No contact, pressured Vettel, solid drive

Lewis for me, his drive picked up from his great qualifying yesterday.
Max was good too as he got the best of Vettel without any silly defending. Alonso pulled out a decent result in that car. |

As said 3 drivers shone out today, Hamilton performed as expected but pretty lonely drive, Max managed to drive without incident, But well calculated rive from Alonso meant he took a poor car to a position it had n o right to be in, so he gets my vote today

Lewis was untouchable. Alonso did well, but I'll give that one to Max for putting a smile on my face after his pit stop.......

Alonso. To finish 7th in that dog of a McLaren and on the lead lap, is more than creditable. Verstappen a close second.

Has to be Max he stayed within 4sec of Lulu for most of the race with a dodgy engine.

Lewis Hamilton. I won't bother to explain: it's obvious.
Credit to Max too, but how many more ways will he and Christian Horner think of to tell us how they are doing brilliantly despite being hobbled by Renault? Methinks they doth protest too much. Sirotkin might have been a wildcard choice too, for his entertaining defence against Perez. We didn't see much of Alonso so presumably those who voted for him are just judging it on the result. Best-of-the-rest was a pretty good result especially since Red Bull have told us (ad nauseam) how rubbish the Renault engine is. |

Lewis, obviously, but honourable mention to Alonso.
Absolutely amazed that so far 4 people seem to have voted for homicidal lunacy, in the form of Perez....... |

Well, three of the votes seem bizarre, the other is a member who simply enjoys living up to his name in DOTR voting.......

I'm pretty sure it's not mandatory to vote based on performance alone. Perez kept giving me something interesting to watch. |

'Interesting', I guess it depends on what sparks your interest. But I struggle to see how someone who drove so poorly (and quite possibly deliberately so) deserves an accolade for it. There again, I guess the potential interpretation of DOTR is really that wide.......

We'll make it 4 for Serge. Without him, it's just another race

Predictable maybe, but Lewis, Max and Fred impressed me most. Gave it to the first mentioned, but could have given DOTR to all 3 if the poll allowed....
