FIA historic homologation papers

I am trying to get the Homologation papers for my 1963 Elva Courier Mk III. I have tried the FIA.com website but my system gets bogged down and stops running. I am on a T-1 equivalent broadband connection. So I do not think it is my system. Does anyone out there have any tips?

The FIA website tends to do strange things sometimes (not only their website methinks ).
If I log onto it in the normal way, it will flash off and on. So I logged onto a page (no matter which one) when it was "on" screen. You can work your way in from there.
Will look at the page tomorrow (other PC) and let you know.
