Bentley Drivers Club, Silverstone, 10th August, 2024
Very good entries for this meeting on Saturday, including 22 prewar Astons in the St John Horsfall race. Loads of Bentleys, of course, and Morgans. FISCAR have an entry of 40 cars, our best for many years. Full details here:-

Well, I'm not a member and it is now giving me an error message. However if you go to Motorsport in the menu and then click on BDC Silverstone 2024, you should be presented with a virtual notice board that provides PDF files for each of the races listing the entries.

Peter, really sorry not to catch up. I was around our garages some of the time but also meeting and greeting our drivers. Of course, I look so old now that you may not have recognised me especially as I'm using a crutch (awaiting hip replacement).
 It was a good meeting and I actually managed to watch the St John Horsfall as well as FISCAR. I'm biased of course, but thought our grid was pretty impressive. |

Bit of info about St John Horsfall
https://forums.autosport.com/topic/1...jock-horsfall/ The man was an absolute hero , although a lot of his wartime exploits are still secret . So it is good that he is still mentioned today. |
