Well I have the previous release, which isn't quite as good as MotoGP IMO, but it's a pretty fun game.

RS2 has customisible helmets and suits and it is very similar, in layout, to GT3 as it has the tier tracks in arcade mode and time trials with fixed bikes and tracks. RS2 is a bargain at £19.99

There is, as mentioned TT Superbikes, which is, or has been or will be released in NTSC format.

There is also Manx TT the Sega arcade game.

Note: Riding Spirits II is...well...it takes a bit to get used to, but when you first ride that 999R...

But 'ware the controls, 'WARE THE CONTROLS!

Riding Spirits 2 has relistic controls. I have just purchased a Suzuki GSXR1000 and then I removed my lights fender and rear seat and added racing tyres to make it go as well as the superbike version. Had some fun on the slide link 2 course! Supermoto RULES!

RS2 is a brilliant game in my opinion, OK its not very realistic but they make a far, far better stab of it than NAMCO do in the GP games, the handling is truly awful and utterly unrealistic in those.
As for TT Superbike well that game is mentalist, it is the hardest racing game I have ever played and I took it back within a week in fear for my sanity. You can wheelie a 125 in the first three gears and the things are so, so easy to crash.
Imagine the Richard Burns Rally of bike games and you have it there.
The TT course is superbly mapped though and is worth the price for that.
Another thing, the time trials are totally impossible, I couldnt get within a s econd of the first or second one on easy! Thats when it went back to the shop! And I dont give up easily
