Tool Man, Rhys_00, at least you're both well balanced, you've got a chip on both shoulders...

Seriously though, it seems like you both hold a grudge against half the grid? How the hell can anyone not like Jim Richards? His 'you're a lovely bunch of people' speech on the podium at Bathurst was a bit dodgy, but he always comes accross as a top bloke, and he's arguably the best driver in the country. But I guess it's a matter of personal opinion really so sorry if I've caused any offence

Anyway, I don't really dislike that many drivers. Internationally Michael Schumacher has always been a driver I have never liked, but his past explains that. Most of us haven't forgotten Jerez 1997

In Australia, Todd Kelly and Larry Perkins are the only ones I don't really like. Larry looked like a total idiot on the ABC Bathurst doco a few years back, swearing his head off and moaning like a moron; Todd Kelly is OK, just have never taken to his personality; Garth Tander didn't seem to cheerful when I spoke to him last year at Lakeside, but he comes accross well on Televison, and I anyone would be sick of signing hundreds of autographs...Russell Ingall I never did like, but know I don't mind him, adds to the entertainment.

So Kelly, Perkins and maybe Tander, thats about it. Skaife I get sick of winning, but he's a good driver, and not bad to listen to.

My faves are probably Lowndes, he's a great bloke, always willing to speak to the fans; Ambrose and hmm, any one else who drives a car with a Blue Oval on the bonnet

u saw that in the pits video dnq? I loved it (for melinda price) but that larry stuffing up the pitstop was his fault totally, (either f.ing in or f.ing out!). Half of the drivers I don't like are because they are so good. I know thats no reason to not like somebody. Jim Richards is such a nice guy i know, but he always wins!
anyway, ill finish this off later, other half called.

Well as long as you don't 'dislike' the person and just 'dislike their results' in most cases, then that's perfectly alright

In the pits was great, Larry made himself look like an idiot, it was nicely done video. Melinda Price was good too.

Yeah, thats what I mean, its hard to like somebody when they constantly just win. Thats why I don't like skaife as well, even though its really no reason to dislike them.

Yeah pretty pointless thread, but anyway here goes:

Wayne Gardner
Jason Bright
Paul Romano
Todd Kelly

Internationally: Anthony Davison, for shooting his mouth off about Webber and just being an all round tool.

No joke, V8 Guru (sorry Tool Man) surely you can't dislike that many drivers? Jimmy Richards? What is there to dislike about the bloke? he is a true champion. Peter Brock?? Paul Dumbrell??

I can see why some people don't like some of the people on these lists but others...

For instance Jim Richards, Steven Richards, Peter Brock, Tomas Mezera or Rick Kelly. What have any of these guys ever done that would make someone dislike them?

This really is a pointless thread but I thought I should make my own point.

Sam Newman - yes he does seem slef-opinionated and cocky but he cracked me up when I saw him dissing some students on some programme calling them "mongrels.." etc - wish race drivers over ehre were that honest!

Drivers I don't like:
Skaife
Morris
And others who don't give a lot of time or respect to their fans.

Drivers on the B list:
Cromley - a gun, and a funny bugger too
R Kelly - had some great results
Bargs - gets excited when he wins

Drivers on the C list:
Bradley - Nice bloke and hilarious
JB - Nice bloke and good to talk to (even though some don't think so)
Marcos - really nice and great smile, takes a fair bit of time out for his fans
Lowndes - A genuine bloke, whoever he drives for, and whatever happens, he always smiles and is one of the nicest fellas in the paddock

Theres probably more, but I don't want to bore you any more than I have now!

My only dis likes are the Johnson family jnr can't drive and snr is a well his first name. As for the Richards family you will struggle to find nicer people.

Fair enough DNQ and NO Offence taken, but you obviously werent Physically Pushed aside by JR at Bathurst 2001. I was on the bridge over pits going back towards the Paddock area it was crowded, everyone was moving slowly and JR ,obviously in a hurry ( Probably trying to find his mannners) , Pushed me and the Lady in front of me out of the way muttering, "Get out of My Way" with a few other words. "Excuse me, coming through, IM in a hurry". would have been sufice. But no I dont know about that lady, she picked herself up, and walked away with the crowd, but me I had a bruised Arm and a Splitting Headache for the rest of the day (Friday). So You can see why I dont like him. Nothing Personal Really.
