Michael to do a GV!
Schumacher to race a Eurofighter!
6times world champion Michael Schumacher and his trusty red Ferrari F2003 will take on the new Eurofighter in a shootout, similar to what Gilles had done in 1981 in THAT classical and historical "race". Finally, it's a race that results doesnt count more than the interesting prospect of Michael finally finding his match

Gilles beat a plane with that ****box and Patrick Carpentier beat a F14 in 2000 with a CART Reynard-Ford, so if Schumacher doesn't win, he's just useless!

They wont get to race as the red barons will claim that technology in the Eurofighter was stolen 10 years ago from their base in Maranello by an ex-engineer

There was a test like this a few weeks ago with an F18 and a Ferrari Road Car. The F18 just won after being behind most of the way.

The plane will be much faster in a straight line - but the plane as such a bad turning circle that's where it loses all the time.

It hasn't been the smoothest of European projects. Too much bureaucracy and trying to please everyone.
Still it probably (hopefully) won't have to face any decent opposition. However presumably it is expected to have a very long lifetime (a few decades?) in one form or another. Is it up to it? The Ferrari isn't! That will be scrapped for a new one very soon!
