Great to see Mr Ambrose in the house.
Great knowledge and looks so happy to be there. What a legend of our sport. |

Mustangs look quick but it is early. Could DJR be getting a handle on the Stangs?
No teammate of Scotty's could ever drag a result out a car made for him, how long does it take them to re-engineer the wheel? |

Yeah, there was a lot of chat from both current drivers that the cars needed to be dialled back somewhat, and taken down a more familiar path of chassis tuning philosophy.
+1 on Ambrose. A great ambassador for motorsport in general. His sim racing videos from a couple of years back, were a good insight into how he utilises his racecraft, and was very generous with his time and the passing on of his knowledge and experience. |

Fullwood saying ‘we need to be faster’ when his teammate is in the top 10 seems to lack self-awareness

Meantime, Mr Ingall is apparently jetting from his Gold Coast enclave to Tasmania tonight to drive the other Stadium Sports Truck originally entered for Mr Morris Jr in Boost Mobile colours...

OH now theres a Parity debate, WHo was the next best driver in the train after Scotty. Hmmmmm SVG, Sounds like sour grapes Cam. Love you as a driver but dont think you have the polish of others around you.

Is SVG going to lose a race this weekend? If he is to then I think Whincup would grab it. Fair play to them, they seem super strong at the moment but I'd love to see more battles between drivers and teams, not just 888 cruising for victories again and again and again.

Yes I did and even though I've always cheered for Scotty, even in his GRM era, I hoped this year will be a closer title battle. And well, I prefer Scotty/DJR domination to 888 one

Race 8 Mostert and then fading daylight in second place.
Certainly punching out some quick lap times. Question for Mr Seamer, was this a Supercars Lite event? Let’s see today we had Aussie Racing car event at 0820, after that finished two hours of Targa cars running around-bit like watching paint dry! Much rather see the local Hyundai class or Formula Vee have a run around. |

I only looked at the results on Natsoft but that would have to be the lamest Supercars meeting ever.1 support class(Aussie Race Cars) ,1 circus act (Stadium Trucks) and the equivalent of sitting on your verandah watching the traffic drive past (Targa cars).I know ARG now control nearly all the best classes in Australia outside of the V8’s but Supercars should be embarrassed to program that.

It was obvious they were scrambling for filler the whole time.
Even my wife asked if there was any motor racing on. |

General admission was $43.00 on Sunday, plus $31.00 to get into the pits.
