There will be a speed 12!
Thankfully, TVR have confirmed they will contest the british GT championship this year. Michael Caine has been the only confirmed driver to date. The Tuscan R has also been confirmed but I've forgotten who the drivers are but they will be running a Ferrari Red and Black livery.

It could of won many races if the safety car hadn't of been out in every race. They led nearly every race but lost because of the safety car cut their lead.

If the Lister has problems , then the TVR should be in a position to win.

you have to win the tuscan challenge to get the speed 12! What you do is win the first 4 races then save, start the next race and quit immediatley! then youre taken to the winning screen and shown what car you win if you get one of the three grithiths then reload and repeat till you get the speed 12. Well worth it!
As for the TVR winning the GT champs. I reckon so! Ecspecially if thers a new bit where the best sounding car wins! |

The speed 12 doesn't half fly. I raced it at the test course. It pitted, I didn't and it just missed catching me. I crossed the line just a second ahead, having been over 25 ahead after it pitted! I was in the GT1. But when I got the speed 12, I finished half a lap ahead on the computers car!

Pit passes will not allow you into the pitlane at any time, they are more than likely for a pit road walkabout

The media day for the GT championship is today so perhaps more will be known about entries and drivers later today. I know Michael and he seems to be as much in the dark about his co driver as we are, I am sure that he will do really well this year and I can't wait to see him back behind the wheel, he has been working very hard behind the scences to secure the drive and as usual it all boils down to money!!

Privilege News
From Dailysportscar.com "Barff In Speed 12 Tuesday 19 March Rob Barff tells us that he will be in the factory TVR Cerbera Speed 12 this year, partnering Michael Caine. We'll hope to find him testing it tomorrow, at the British GT Championship Media Day. Barff was a spectacular success in the Rollcentre TVR during 2000, then in Martin Short's 2001 Tuscan R, so Caine and Barff should maintain a very threatening TVR presence at the front of the field throughout 2002. That's great news, I am sure that that TVR will be a front runner this season.
