What time does the race start?

Does anyone know what time the race starts on sunday morning?, I am going to France at 6:30 so hopefully it is 4:00!

That sounds right. It starts at 2 pm local time - I know that Melbourne is 10 hours ahead of Central European Time, which should make the race start 4 am here in Central Europe, and 3 am in the UK.
