Photo's of Marshals
Are there any amateur or professional 'snappers' out there who have pictures of marshals in action? Given that we (marshals) are not allowed to take cameras on post with us, for reasons of safety as much as anything else, it is very rare that we get pictures of ourselves in action. It would be nice if you do have any decent snaps to let the guys and girls on post know the next time you visit the track as most of them would be glad of a momento or two to have on the sidebaord!

Just for reference, the driver was absolutely fine after the photo I posted - in fact he bailed out of the car and ran like a jack rabbit - we thought he was going to end up in Naas! You can see all the pics of the incident at www.marshalspost.com in MagnetON's gallery - entitled "What goes up"....

Keeping it warm by the looks of things Chris
Paul, in your post 'syncronised marshalling' the guy on the left with blue bits on his overals is Richard Sneader who posts in the forums. |

Stephen,
i have some good pic's of you lot in action, but i just can't seem to get this "scanning" in of pic,s sorted, they are either too small or too large or of such a low resolution that you can hardly see the detail, the one of the bike crash at the BEMSEE meeting actually shows the marshall cowering away from the debris. If i get some time is there someone who i could send ths negatives to, i d'ont need them back. If anyone would like me to E.Mail them a copy i could send it to them at better resolution. |
