Can anyone tell me how Stallones 'Champs', or 'Indy Middle', or 'What are we calling the CART movie this week' is coming along?
I haven't heard a thing since the midnight cruise through Toronto for the city night race scenes... And that was... November I think! What's happening? Has it been released and passed straight to video?

The movie is being called "Driven" at present (or "Drivel" to those who are not of an optimistic nature) - it is set for release the end of April. Trailers are in the movie theatres now. The sound track in the trailers reveals that Stallone has gifted these turbo-fired cars with normally aspirated Formula One engines. This probably tells you a lot about the movie right there.

I foresee a one week run and straight to video, where it may be successful among the kinds of people who enjoyed "There's Something About Mary" and think Adam Sandler can act.
But you never can tell. As they used to say on The Match Game, "This may work out" ... |

Having listened to what the director was saying when he was out at Surfers, it sounds like it could be a good movie. Hope it turns out that way.
Anyone know when it is coming out in Australia. I've looked at a list of what was coming out for the next few months and it wasn't there. |
