Interesting site.
I got exactly the same reply to an email which I sent them. |

If you got the coverage other countries get, you might not complain.
In Canada, the best motorsports coverage is in French! RDS, the french sports network, gived live coverage of almost all of the F1 sessions, and all Cart and F1 races LIVE! (something rare anywhere). |

I watched this year's French Grand Prix on the Italian Rai channel and I was very impressed with the coverage. Strange studio setup though... But there were a few ad breaks - comprising only one advert! That was the kind of quality coverage I'd like to see here in Britain.
Interesting site, too. |

I just went to http://www.itv.co.uk and filled out the comments section. This is what I informed them:
I was appalled at the way in which ITV treated the dedicated fans who watch F1 on ITV every fortnight. I was looking forward to live coverage of the first Grand Prix at Indianapolis, and instead I discovered that it was live on ITV2. I can only assume this is a ploy to get more people viewing either ITV2 or terrestrial ITV. Fair enough, I am aware of the ratings war, but Coronation Street is a fictional programme - meaning it can be moved. ITV have treated their fans very poorly, and I'm sorry to say that, as a dedicated F1 fan, I have no choice but to watch the ever shorter ITV coverage. Which is another issue to address. The number of advert breaks is shocking - espcially when they are all the same ads for mobile phones and shampoo! I am growing ever more disappointed with ITV's Formula One coverage. No doubt that things would be different if it was still broadcast on the BBC. And no doubt our friends at ITV will be a little surprised to read that those comments came from a 14 year old... |

Here's a simple equation for you:
Shambolic x arrogant + Uselessness squared = ITV all over. |

I look forward to the ad breaks, it's a few minutes without having to listen to Murry Walker.
