Monaco pit lance marshalls?
I'm hoping some of you European guys can explain why in the Monaco pits you had the guys in yellow holding their arms out for when the cars passed?

I doubt it's a German thing.......
Pit lane is so cramped that they hope they'll hit the person standing in the wrong place in the head by sticking out their hands. |

They are actually rejects from the reality TV show "I'm A Banana Look-a-like - Get Me Out Of Here" and they were thumbing a lift back to Nice Airport
