BMMC South Mids Training Day Feb 12 2006
Yep, its that time of year again, so just flagging it up that we are hosting our training day at a new venue next year, at a college in Bicester, just off J9 of the M40 on Sunday 12 Feb 2006 from 9am onwards. All disciplines (of marshalling) allowed for, lunch provided too.
All are welcome. In fact the more the merrier  Clive Wayland BMMC Sth Mids Training Officer (pure coincidence it's not far from where I live!)

Well the programme is starting to fill out and we are doing things a tad different this time, with for general presentations and videos as well as the usual 'discipline' sessions. It will be an even more exciting day (with 'interesting' speakers) than in previous years so "don't be square, get your bums down there". PM me for more details

Well i think i will come to the training day. if i get info.
got plenty of time on my hands sat at home. On the sick from work for 6 months blinded myself in one eye. and olso heard nothing from my normal training place BRSCC(SE)Brands |

I will be posting the programme shortly when it is finalised, but it is different to previous years in that there is more of interest as well as the dedicated grading stuff, if you know what I mean. The venue is a college in Bicester, just off the M40 J9, and again when I get a map from them I will send it on to those coming.
AND, you will be fed!!

Major changes - new venue
I've not been home long and already the rumours are flying.
Yes, the venue has changed, and we will be holding the training day, still on Sunday 12th Feb, but now at Shenington Kart Club, just off the A422 Banbury to Stratford-Upon-Avon road, from 9am. In addition to this, I have arranged for some karts to be available so we can all have a drive round the circuit if we want to and see what its like from the drivers' point of view! Marshal Training Days
Can anyone let me know when a Training Day will be held at Oulton Park and who to contact.

Well done Clive and all those who made the training day possible plus the speakers who created so much interest and gave uptodate information on the BMMC. Food was great. Sorry I didnt take a spin on the Kart Track but it was a great idea. Pity about the caravan. I know how your neighbours feel. Was it them that stole the wheels so you couldnt take it back?Thanks again to everyone.
