Blimey!!
1. WAY TO GO CAMERON!!!! Me thinks he is fired up this weekend... 2. WAY TO GO BIG KEV AND LONGHURST!!!! After Morris had his shocker at OP, he has shown that he can still match it at the front. And Longhurst...did he remember how to drive quickly at the 500? Was it raining? 3. Where's Skaife? Also, looks like Brighty had a shocker.. 4. AND INGALL! His first ever pole position, kudos! |

the track was still wet for the top ten but actually was drying slighly during the top ten...
first out was murphy and he put in a reasonable effort. 2nd was jason bright but he did a Skaife and spun off at Penrite. ellery was next and did a good job Radisich was next and put up the fastest time at that point. then came longhurst who did a great job to take the lead. steve johnson ballsed up by going off at turn 4 but managing to get back on. morris then took the lead until Ingall came out and ended up taking his first ever pole which mclean and tander couldnt beat. well done to ingall on taking pole but a great effort by Morris,Longhurst and mclean (who is sporting VIP petfoods only on his bonnet and greenfield on the side BTW) |

Anybody else notice that Skaife was quick to pour heaps of praise on Radisich for doing a good time early on, when the track wasn't as dry.
