HSCC - Cadwell Park Thank You

May I on behalf of HSCC, the Clerks and myself thank all the officials, circuit staff and marshals for all your help at Cadwell Park yesterday. Despite the trials and tribulations (dare I mention the word "oil"?) your stirling efforts allowed all races to run and to finish just about on time.

I hope you all enjoyed your day and that we will see you again soon.

Just a quick reply to say thank to you and everyone else who made our 'Southern Softies' weekend so good - thank you. Excellent HSCC meeting, fantasic racing and some wonderful cars, enjoyed both days and the flesh pots of Louth. When I say fleshpots, the nearest we got to it was singing Happy Birthday at the Via Italia for a lady celebrating her 80th!!!!!

Despite not getting home until 9:45pm, can't wait to be back again in July for the 750MC meeting, any idea which is the best Turkish resturant in Louth?

What a cracking good meeting. I was on post 10 not that much to do apart from the oil that was dropped before lunch break. A bit of a scare from the touring cars some weired lines going theough the gooseneck.

Was a good weekend, even if i did have to call my first race stop!

I remember the 1st time I requested a stop. I think every Post Chief does? Quite daunting in hindsight but you do get used to it!

The ones that get me are when you call a stop, everything slows down and then the cars you called the stop for drive away. It's happened to me many times as an Observer and as a Clerk and I always say 'Oh bother'
