Best race of the year
Now the season has been run and won, what was your favourite race of the year?
Bathurst, Gold Coast Champ Cars, Phillip Island V8s maybe? I personally put in a vote for http://www.natsoft.com.au/cgi-bin/re...1/2003.QRI.R31 |

My goodness, I didnt know business was so good that a race was named after the famous (or is that infamous ) Mark Walker

Yeah, there goes the advertising budget... normally they put an ad in the programme for the stuff I do for them, but this year they gave everyone a race. Ball tearer race though... Also kudos to 10-10ths Chris and Gavin for wrapping up their state championships, and shoot Gav, that was probably a little too close for comfort!

Queensland Raceway.
The consistantly fast laps ambrose put in after a drive thru penalty was awesome. To see him drive the car so perfectly and so fast. And to top it off, Skaife blew the motor. Awesome race. |

Guys Guys Guys and Gals,
Has yesterday become a distant mmmmmmmmmmmmemory already what more could an enthusiest seek but fast cars, hot tempers and a little unassuming guy called Ambrose, by the way saw a Red car being loaded with no front doors, thought he was just taking the number. Great season all round and if we all take time to reflect every race had something that made it special, TC the pr=ck that we think he is has certainly lifted the bar for next season. |

Any round that Mark Skaife doesn't win is pretty good.

Sandown without a doubt and to be honest any other round that Russell Ingall doesn't win is excellent

The Bathurst 1000 of course.
For the simple reason that none of the others are Bathurst. To be the best you have to beat the best. How do you beat perfection? |

Qld - Marcos should have won easily had it not been for that pit lane incident...
Anyway, the right team won. |

Bathurst always is at the top of the list - but, except for that one, i would say Sandown was the best - and to top that race off - Skaife won.
The Adelaide events are always nice, but we forget about them because they are right at the beginning of the season - and we are mainly getting our heads around who is in what car. |
