I wouldnt know, we only get the ITV feed for the race and qualifying, so none of the pre race stuff etc. That doesnt prevent us from hearing about his idiosyncracies however. I suppose being a former driver, theres the expectancy he'll have some first hand knowledge to share.

He's there as the 'expert' for Steve Rider to ask questions of.
Just as Tony Jardine was for Jim Rosenthal. I'm not saying he's any good at it, but that's what he's there for. |
