Woe, Woe, Woe December 24: Haffa's misery continues as Police raid the offices of EM.TV Following our previous report that EM.TV is to be investigated for alleged insider dealing, the German company suffered further embarrassment when its offices were 'raided' by the police. It's understood that investigators interviewed various members of staff and confiscated documents. EM.TV boss Thomas Haffa continues to remain silent but the pressure is increasing, while the publicity is not really doing Formula One's image much good. The German company, which in addition to owning 50% of Bernie Ecclestone's SLEC company as well as the Muppets, is in serious trouble. It's not known whether Haffa was interviewed by the police, however it's understood that a frog, a pig and a cute little bear are helping with enquiries. |
