bartman71 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Toyota Prius

i am currently doing a Toyota school on these Hybrid vehicles as my work has just got the local dealership.

what a surprises i got at how well they went.
they have a combined 96 kw of pwer (53 kw Atkinson cycle engine and a 43 kw electric motor)

mind you they are strange to drive with the engine cutting in and out and not to mention the CVT transmision that makes it seem the auto is slipping.

has anyone else driven one and what do you think?

We had some come into NZ as second hand imports.
I have heard that it is cheaper to import another one to get a replacement battery than to buy a new one when required.
